Andy Wu
Chairman and President
Andy is Chairman and President of Edgecore Networks. Andy guides Edgecore executives to ensure continued strong growth and to deliver market-leading hardware, software, and services that meet market requirements for AI, cloud data centers, and enterprises.
Prior to joining Edgecore Networks, Andy was Chairman and CEO of BizConf Telecom, an IT services and IT consulting services company, leading the team to provide total Metaverse and Web3.0 solutions for enterprise and government requirements.
Andy is an industry veteran with more than 30 years of experience in leadership roles with extensive knowledge and leadership experience in business management, enterprise digital transformation, enterprise IT and cloud business, and global marketing. He has held senior management positions and successfully grew and gained large market share in China at several major multinational companies, such as Global VP for Dell EMC in the Greater China Region, EVP of Ericsson Northeastern Asia, President of Symantec Greater China, VP of Cisco China, and Regional Managing Director of 3Com North Asia, where he led the business and industry development with remarkable achievements.
Andy graduated from China Europe International Business School (CEIBS) with an EMBA master’s degree and holds a bachelor’s degree in EE from National Taiwan University of Science and Technology.
Chris Huang
Executive Vice President
Chris is the Executive Vice President at Edgecore Neworks. Chris leads the global Sales organization and global logistics and operation teams, responsible for worldwide sales & partner strategies and driving the growth the company and revenue goal. Prior to Edgecore, Chris was working at Accton.
Chris graduated from UCLA with an Master’s degree of Electrical, Electronic and Communication Engineer and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering in Purdue University.
Una Lin
Chief Financial Officer
Una is responsible for the company’s HR and global finance strategy, including financial planning, analysis, accounting, tax, and treasury. Una has been working in Accton Group for more than 14 years, leading senior finance management, including M&A.
Before Accton group, Una served in the finance/accounting/audit department in ISSI, PWC, and D-link/Alpha. Una graduated from National Kaohsiung First University of Science and Technology, majoring in Finance Management.
Max Chen
Vice President of R&D
Max leads the Software Engineering team and is responsible for executing Edgecore’s software strategy, including the open networking NOS running on data center and enterprise switches and routers. Max has been working in Accton Group for more than 20 years. Prior to joining Edgecore, Max starts from the software engineer role to the sub-group leader and then the director of Ethernet Switch R&D team for black-box NOS development.
Max has a B.S. from the Tsing-Hua University, majoring in Computer Science and an M.S. from National Chung Cheng University, majoring in Computer Science and Information Engineering.
Nanda Ravindran
Vice President of Product Management
Nanda leads the product strategy and definition at Edgecore. Most recently he led PLM efforts for Telecom products at Edgecore. Nanda is an industry veteran with over 20+ years of experience in Networking, Telecom and Software. He has led R&D teams developing Multi-Service Routers, Ethernet Switches and PON products.
Nanda’s prior experience includes leadership roles in product management and software development at Infinera, Coriant and Tellabs. Nanda graduated from Bangalore University, majoring in Electronics & Communication Engineering.
Mingshou Liu
VP of Product & Service Center
Mingshou Liu is the Vice President of Product and Services Center. He has been joining and working on several roles in Accton Group, including General Manager of Accton Technology China and head of Data Center Business Unit.
Mingshou is an industry veteran with more than 25 years in networking. Prior to joining Accton, he was senior manager at Intel Embedded Communication Processor Division (ECPD). He has been senior staff engineer of Switching and Network Processing at Applied Micro Circuit Corporation (AMCC) in Sunnyvale, California. He was senior software engineer at Motorola at Schaumburg, Illinois, responsible for routing protocol design for radio networks.
He received his bachelor degree from Electrical Engineering, National Chiao Tung University, Taiwan, and MS/PhD from Michigan State University, East Lansing, Michigan, both from Electrical Engineering.
