Edgecore Networks is committed to providing secure, reliable network switches and open networking solutions. We recognize that any hardware or software may contain undiscovered security weaknesses, which is why we have established a formal vulnerability disclosure process that allows customers, partners, and security researchers to report issues to us safely and conveniently.
Edgecore PSIRT/CSIRT are responsible for receiving, investigating, coordinating, and handling all security reports related to Edgecore products, solutions, and corporate digital services. We maintain close relationships with customers, partners, and the global security research community to continuously strengthen the security of our products and services.

Product Vulnerability Reporting
The Edgecore Product Security Incident Response Team (PSIRT) coordinates the investigation and remediation of security vulnerabilities affecting Edgecore products and solutions.
Our PSIRT works with internal engineering and product teams, customers, security researchers, technology partners, and other stakeholders to evaluate reported vulnerabilities and coordinate appropriate remediation.

The Edgecore Cybersecurity Incident Response Team (CSIRT) coordinates the response to cybersecurity incidents involving Edgecore’s corporate infrastructure, websites, online services, and information systems.
The CSIRT works with relevant internal teams and external stakeholders to investigate security incidents, contain potential threats, mitigate impact, and support recovery.
