Edgecore Networks
  • The Edgecore Network Appliance Platform utilizes standard Intel ® x86 architecture that provides openness and flexibility to fulfill various use cases in different vertical markets. With the advent of SDN and NFV, the platform supports open-source-based software or 3rd party VNFs that enable Service Providers to deliver and deploy innovative services and applications with agility and scalability.
  • The SAU5041I supports dual sockets with each socket supporting Intel ® Xeon ® E5-2600 V3/V4 series processors up to 14 cores (28 threads), and each socket includes 4 DDR4 DIMM slots of up to 128 GB memory (32G*4). The storage options include one M.2 SSD and four SATA III high-speed SSDs. The SAU5041I provides quad 10 Gbps SFP+ network ports for high-bandwidth connections to the network.
  • The SAU5081I-4X supports two nodes in a 1RU full-width chassis design. Each node supports dual sockets. Each socket supports Intel ®  Xeon ®  E5-2600 V3/V4 series processors of up to 14 cores (28 threads) with 4 DDR4 DIMM slots of up to 128 GB memory per socket. The storage options include five M.2 high-speed SSDs. The SAU5081I-4X provides quad 10 Gbps SFP+ network ports for high-bandwidth connections to the network.
  • Wedge-16X is a 16-Port 40GbE QSFP switch, the first commercial product based on Facebook’s Wedge design. Facebook designed Wedge as a 16x40GbE Top-of-Rack switch optimized for web-scale data centers, and submitted the design to the Open Compute Project.
  • The Wedge 100-32X switch provides 32 QSFP28 ports that can each run at 100GbE/40GbE, or as 4 x 25 GbE/4 x 10 GbE/2 x 50 GbE through breakout cables.
  • The Edgecore Wedge100S-32X is a commercial product based on Facebook's Wedge100S design. Facebook designed the Wedge100S as a 32 x 100 GbE top-of-rack switch optimized for web-scale data centers, and submitted the design to the Open Compute Project.
