Co-op Fund Application
Procedure of applying co-op fund:
1. Download and fill out the co-op approval (claim) form.
2. Upload the signed approval form.
3. Claim the co-op fund after the event with related document.
4. Please refer to Co-op Guideline for details.
5. Co-op Fund Application Number will be issued once it’s approved.
