NEXT-GEN PROGRAMMABLE OPTICAL FABRIC
IRX3032
The OWS IRX3032 is a 1U wavelength-programmable optical switch that integrates LCOS-based ADD/DROP, EDFA, and embedded control to deliver dynamic, ultra-low-latency optical routing across 32 wavelengths and 32 UNI ports. Designed for GPU clusters, data centers, and distributed DC interconnects, OWS provides gridless flexibility, high bandwidth efficiency, and scalable 8-degree optical topology support.
Ultra-Low Latency Optical Switching
- Pure optical switching, no O-E-O
- Demonstrated 160ns end-to-end latency (Pure optical (layer 0)
High-Capacity Programmable Fabric
- 32 WDM ADD/DROP channels
- Supports up to 800G coherent optics
- Up to 25.6T bps dedicated optical bandwidth
Multi-Degree (N/E/W/S) Optical Routing
- 4-degree MPO-16 NNI (one trunk, multiple directions)
- Point-to-point, Ring, and Full-Mesh topologies
Integrated Control Plane
- Embedded AMD x 86 COMe CPU, up to 64GB DDR5, running SDN control

Architecture Overview
OWS is built with dedicated optical, network, and control modules that work together to provide wavelength switching, signal amplification, and full fabric management.
