Commercial Support – Edgecore Partner Center
Please register as an Edgecore member via our Partner Portal, which offers a marketing resource for partners and potential partners, as well as facilitating interaction with customers to maximize the value of our relationship. The Partner Portal has six different sections and is designed to be a multi-function portal for partners to quickly access needed information and services. The six sections are: Announcement, Product Registration, Resource, Co-op Application / Project Registration, Message, and My Account Management.

Edgecore Help Center
Edgecore Help Center has a customer-oriented support portal that includes My Ticket, Submit a Support Ticket, Knowledge Base, Software Partner Portal, and Download. 
To access a supported portal, first please sign in and register as a member of the Support Portal for urgent assistance.

   Please submit tickets based on your requirements. The different forms/tickets help to identify your requirements and quicken the processing time. Our engineer support team will get in touch with you soon. There are multiple forms/tickets for requesting assistance from the Edgecore Help Center, as listed below. Please prepare the serial number of your Edgecore product and briefly describe the issues you are facing.

    Our technical support team organize issues and technical information in an open public forum. Customers and partners can search related FAQs, articles, topologies, drivers, firmware etc., to help themselves solve networking issues directly from the Knowledge Base, Software Partner Portal, and Download section of the Edgecore Help Center.

RMA Repair Service
To provide better customer service, we now provide local RMA repair and replacement services in North America and Taiwan. Customers who are located outside these two regions, you can also contact the local dealers for assistance. Dealers all over the world. If you still have other issues for the RMA service, please click the Repair Service Button and fill out the request form.
