Edgecore Brand Guidelines
This page outlines the brand identity guidelines for Edgecore across every medium.
Built to open the network.
Accton Technology Corporation is founded in 1988 — the manufacturing backbone behind what Edgecore would become.
Edgecore Networks spins off in 2009 as an independent, wholly-owned Accton subsidiary — built around open, white-box hardware.
Today, Edgecore builds open-fabric infrastructure for the AI era — switching, optics, compute, and cooling as one system.
An open core for the AI era — where the edge of the network and the core of compute converge on open infrastructure.
Two ideas,
built as one mark.
The cube — structured compute and fabric at the centre.
The open plane — the open, adaptable boundary of the network.
Edge + Core = Edgecore — the open plane and the cube, joined as one mark. At its heart, a glowing node symbolizes where data and intelligence converge — the core of open infrastructure.
Rounded corners for flexibility, squared corners for solid, well-built hardware — engineered for open infrastructure.
Rounded corners for flexibility. Squared corners for solid, well-built hardware.
On light. On dark.
On its own.

Wordmark only — for email signatures, letterhead footers, thin banners, and single-line headers, where the icon doesn't need to carry the message on its own.

On Dark
On Gradient
Paired,
not crowded.
When the Edgecore mark stands next to a partner's logo — a co-branded datasheet, a joint press release, a booth panel — keep both logos equal in height, separate them with a thin vertical rule, and give each mark the clear space it needs: one "E" on every side.
Partner Logo
One color leads.
Complementing the new logo is a refreshed color palette. The shift from red to orange reflects Edgecore's evolution as a brand — introducing a warmer, more approachable character while preserving the confidence and energy that remain at the core of our identity.
Hero sections and accent bars — the only place red is allowed to show up.
Left accent bars, covers, and dividers — the full brand arc in one sweep.
Secondary accents and metallic highlights on hardware callouts.
Always flow warm to cool — orange leads, platinum trails. Never reverse the stop order.
Red lives inside the Hero gradient only. It never appears as a standalone solid fill.
Reserve gradients for hero backgrounds, bars, and dividers — not body text or large content blocks.
Two typefaces,
said with intent.
Six ideas.
One fabric.
White-box hardware and open software so no one gets locked into one vendor's roadmap. Switching fabric purpose-built for AI/ML at 800G and 1.6T. Co-packaged optics, coherent DCI, and a growing role in the IOWN ecosystem. Coolant distribution and direct liquid cooling for the racks that are starting to run hot enough to need it.
Put together, it's rack-scale: networking, optics, power, and cooling validated to work as one system, not six separate purchases.
Edgecore Open Fabric
1.6T switching, CPO-ready platforms, OWS, and liquid cooling — the hardware behind the next optical network.
Everything you need
to use it right.
