Edgecore Networks Corporation is a wholly owned subsidiary of Accton Technology Corporation, the leading
network ODM. Edgecore Networks delivers wired and wireless networking products and solutions from the edge
to the core through channel partners and system integrators worldwide for the Data Center, Service Provider,
Enterprise and SMB customers.

Edgecore provides a broad portfolio of OCP Accepted™ open hardware including cell site gateways, aggregation
switches, core routers, broadband OLTs, and optical packet transponders for different applications and vertical
markets. Edgecore is the leader in open networking solutions, and is a key contributor to the OCP, ONF, and
TIP open communities. Edgecore open network solutions remove single vendor lock in and slow technology
innovations from legacy network equipment providers by offering open hardware, commercial and open-source
software to service providers and network operators to tackle constantly evolving network requirements.

Headquartered in the Hsinchu Science Park in northern Taiwan, Edgecore Networks was established in 2004
and formally spun-off in 2010 into an independent subsidiary responsible for the global branded business of the
Accton Technology Group (www.accton.com) with a global presence in the US, UK, Poland, Russia, Turkey, Brazil,
Korea, Singapore, Indonesia, India, and Austraila.
