1. Limited Software Warranty, Edge-Core provides a ninety (90) days limited software warranty individually to licensees of Edge-Core software or accompanying Edge-Core hardware. Edge-Core warrants that the media on which the software is delivered will be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of ninety (90) days following delivery of the software to licensee. Edge-Core warrants that the software, when used in accordance with the terms of the Edge-Core software license, will operate substantially as set forth in the applicable Edge-Core Documentation for a period of ninety (90) days following delivery of the software to licensee. Edge-core provides free software upgrade at its sole discretion.

2. Warranty only applies to products properly stored and handled by Edge-Core distributors. Edge-Core's obligation and the distributor's sole remedy under this warranty are limited to repair or replacement of the product at Edge-Cores' option. This warranty applies to products that are returned pre-paid and insured during the warranty period, and are found to be defective.

A Return Materials Authorization (RMA) must be obtained from Edge-Core prior to returning shipment of products. RMA will not be accepted without an Edge-Core assigned RMA number. All returned products shall be shipped freight and prepaid to Edge-Core depot locations in Hsinchu, Taiwan, R.O.C. or Edge-Core assigned location. Edge-Core reserves the right to make changes to its product without any obligation to incorporate changes in the products previously delivered to the distributors.

3. Limitation of liability: Customers' exclusive remedy and Edge-Core's entire liability under this warranty will be for Edge-Core at its option to repair or replace the product or refund customers' purchase price less any rebates; Replacement products may be refurbished or contain refurbish materials.

4. Edge-Core will not warrant any product which has been damaged by accident, force majeure, acts of god, and natural disasters, acts of civil or military authorization, misuse or unauthorized modification of the product. This warranty is not transferable.

5. Edge-Core shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages. Some countries do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary form country to country.
